Exquisine Chocolate Mousse was born from the imagination of a love-struck chef looking to weave a culinary enchantment to capture the heart of his adored lover. Her heart was wavering. A rival was waiting; his galleon stoked with jewels as rich as Aladdin’s cave. As she turned to leave he pressed to her lips just one spoonful of his newest creation and with that all resolve melted. She was bound to him, chained by an exquisite morsel of Chocolate Mousse. From such beguiling beginnings Exquisine launched its range of creative desserts.   Each dessert has been creatively crafted with our customer in mind. Rich enough to gratify with one bite, yet smooth enough to eat until the dish is empty. There is over twenty years of developing, refining and perfecting, in each mouthful of an Exquisine dessert. From a domestic kitchen, to a commercial kitchen, to our own custom built premises, we have slowly built our expertise and reputation. Today we are proud suppliers to many of Australia’s leading food service and retail companies.
