We are a family company and owe our success to the men and women who work with us. Our staff are the most important part of our company. We employ two strapping young lads to make desserts; a couple of dexterous young women to manage machinery; a bevy of glorious workers to pack and clean; a talented warehouse person to receive and dispatch; an ever-diligent food safety officer; a well-versed engineer; and all is overseen by our all-knowing production manager. In support we have our lovely receptionist, a sharp book keeper, an ever-keen sales manager, and a couple of managing directors.   Employment opportunities arise from time-to-time.
